• Capacity – 330 (7 stories)
• Front service desk open 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. during fall/spring semesters
• Named in honor of in honor of the university’s first Black graduate, Dr. Norman C. Francis, President Emeritus of Xavier University of Louisiana, and his family. 

Amenities and Features 

• Suites (floors 2 – 5) have two double bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, with two community kitchens on every suite floor.
• Apartments (floors 6 – 7) have a mix of single and/or double rooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
• Adjustable room temperature controls
• Ethernet/wireless internet connection
• Private music practice rooms 
• Laundry facilities
• Card access security on exterior doors
• Bike racks available outside
