Check out the Fall Move-In Letter if you prefer to print!
Move-in will take place the following dates and times for Fall 2022:
Move in will be spread out over a week with two-hour move in windows to ensure social distancing practices are followed. Residents are required to select one check in time and date during move in week from August 15-17. Upperclassmen can move in on August 18-20. Please select your check in time by July 15th at 5pm.
all other early arrivals are approved by the Director of Residential Life
Check-in process
When you arrive on campus, you and your student should drive up to the outdoor check in station. Be sure your student has submitted their immunization paper work to Student Health/Public Health. Additionally, you will need to confirm that your financial balance has been cleared by Student Financial Services. Your student will not receive their keys until all outstanding balances have been cleared and paperwork has been submitted to the appropriate offices. They can check their LORA account for more information. Once your student receives their key(s), they may proceed to their building and floor and their RA will be there to meet and welcome them!
